The eCommerce order form on this Web site is designed to calculate product cost plus shipping charges to the 48 contiguous United States. It does not process orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or any other International location.
Please use the following procedure to place International orders that require shipping to locations other than the 48 contiguous United States.
- Customer: Review the products offered in the eCommerce section of this Web site and make your selections. (Exception: Aerosol container products cannot be shipped Internationally.)
- Most airfreight companies will not accept aerosol containers for air transport.) (Canadian orders are shipped UPS
ground.)
- Customer: Using the email link or fax number listed below, send the following information to Protect All, Inc: (A pre-printed Fax Order Form link is below)
- Description and quantity of your product selection.
- Your full name.
- Complete shipping address.
- Telephone number.
- Fax number (if applicable).
- Email address.
- Protect All, Inc: The total charges including product cost, airfreight charge and any special handling and documentation charges will be calculated and transmitted to you via return email or fax for your approval. (These charges do not include any other charges that the customer may be required to pay upon delivery of the merchandise; such as duty or taxes.)
- Customer: To complete the order process, transmit your approval of the total charges. Include your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card number and expiration date via the Protect All, Inc. fax number or telephone number.
- Email is not secure. It is not recommended that you send your credit card number via email. Use Fax or telephone only.
- Orders and total charges remain effective for 7 days from the date of transmission to the customer. After 7 days, your order must be resubmitted as a new order.
- Protect All, Inc: When your approval and credit card number have been received, your order will be processed and shipped via airfreight within 3-5 working days.
